The Glory Is His

A glorious Savior gives us a glorious life.

Scripture Passage: John 17:1-8

From Series: "Upside Down: Following God in an Unpredictable World"

Life is a series of seemingly stable and predictable phases, interrupted by life-altering and schedule-upending changes. These paradigm shifts are often surprising and unnerving, and they create a new normal that can cause fear, anxiety, questions, and paralysis. While we may be feeling this now more than ever before, the first followers of Jesus faced a similar experience 2,000 years ago. The disciples had every reason for fear and anxiety during the change and transformation that took place following Jesus’ death and resurrection, but Jesus had given them the presence of His Spirit. That Spirit still lives in every believer today. And however short or long our time of upheaval is, we can find peace in knowing that our future is in good and powerful hands and that God has a plan for us through it all.
