Grace Kids and Women’s Ministry Administrative Assistant
The Grace Kids and Women’s Ministry Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and organizational support for both ministries. This role works closely with the Grace Kids Directors and Women’s Ministry Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while assisting with special events and ministry initiatives.
Grace Kids Elementary Coordinator
The Grace Kids Elementary Coordinator organizes and supports Grades 1–4 small group classes on Sunday morning. This role focuses on curriculum planning, volunteer coordination, parent communication, and overall ministry organization. Collaboration and teamwork with other Grace Kids Coordinators is essential, especially on Sunday mornings.
Service Ministries Crew Member
The Service Ministries Crew Member supports the operational and hospitable excellence of Grace Polaris Church through ongoing cleaning, maintenance, and event setup/teardown of buildings. This role ensures that facilities are clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for ministry activity and community engagement.
