From Series: "The Peace of Christmas " Christmas often stirs our hearts, creating a longing for something we can’t quite pinpoint. The cozy fire, the snow falling outside, the warm meal, the soft music…it all reminds us of a time gone by. We long for the magic and wonder of Christmases past. But we also long for something more that traditions can’t give us. We long to experience the peace of Christmas. The world cannot provide this peace. The world does not function as it should, and neither do we. We need the peace that is found through reconciliation — with God, with others, with ourselves, and with the world around us. And that peace can only be found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
