Master of Arts in Christian Ministry
Grace Polaris Church serves as a host site for Grace Theological Seminary. Both institutions value theological training and see its importance in the local church. This partnership provides high-quality education in Central Ohio, allowing those in the surrounding area to pursue theological training while remaining connected to their current local church.
The Grace Theological Seminary program in Columbus focuses on providing a high-quality theological foundation that will equip for ministry in a local church. The 48 credit-hour Master of Arts in Christian Ministry degree focuses on theology, cultural aptitude, pastoral ministry skills, and leading effectively in the local church. Each class is taught by a combination of highly credentialed teachers and effective local church leaders with expertise in a variety of areas.
These courses will be offered one night a week as a cohort model, so students receive in person instruction and mentoring with trusted faculty as well as personal interaction fellow students.
The following types of students are encouraged to consider this program:
- Those who have several years of vocational ministry experience and desire further theological study and desire to be better prepared for the pastoral role.
- Those that want to further their ministry training while staying involved in their current local ministry.
This degree is for pastors, ministry leaders, or any Christian seeking to serve the local church or grow more confident in their study of Scripture and evangelism.
